About The Role

As a Consultant, you will help create a high-level skills taxonomy and qualification tests for our applicants.

• Design and implement a structured classification system tailored to the organization's needs, outlining essential knowledge and skills in the field.
• Create competency-based assessments to evaluate applicants' knowledge, skills, and expertise.
• Provide expert recommendations on optimizing classification and assessment methodologies.
• Work closely with our methodologist to ensure alignment between taxonomy development and recruitment strategies.
• Review and refine the taxonomy framework and qualification tests based on feedback and testing outcomes.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Data Security & Privacy or a related field.
• At least 7 years of professional experience in Data Security & Privacy or a related field.
• Advanced (C1) or higher level of English proficiency.
• Experience in taxonomy development and creating qualification tests.
• Ability to learn new methods, switch between tasks and topics quickly, and work with complex guidelines.
• Fully remote role; requires a laptop, internet connection, available time, and enthusiasm for the challenge.
