The role involves working within the Advisory & Training Services division, supporting automotive manufacturers and dealers in enhancing business performance, focusing on process improvements and financial management.

In this context, the selected candidate will collaborate with a team of professionals to verify dealership project organization structures and layouts based on contractual and visual identity standards, supporting project development worldwide. Responsibilities include:

• Analyzing layouts from European and non-European countries for compliance with corporate guidelines, liaising with country representatives;
• Creating specific layouts and graphic plans at various scales;
• Assessing and discussing proposals with corporate standards for visual identity;
• Interacting with national and international suppliers and technical studios for project evaluation;
• Preparing periodic activity monitoring reports;
• Managing back-office activities such as project archiving.

The candidate, in a goal-oriented environment with real growth opportunities, will contribute proactively to project success and promote company values.

**Minimum Requirements:**

• Degree in Architecture
• Experience in an architectural studio
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Windows OS, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite
• Good command of English
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with technical studios, local companies, and suppliers
• Precision and reliability
• Immediate availability for onboarding

**Preferred Requirements:**

• Passion for the automotive sector
• Good knowledge of French
• Problem-solving skills
