Job Description:

At Odity, we are experts in customer relations, supporting brands that trust us to take care of their greatest asset: their customers.

We are a multicultural team of 1,500 employees across 10 offices worldwide: New York, London, Brussels, Paris, Milan, Antananarivo, Cape Town, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Tokyo.

Currently, we work with over 350 brands in sectors such as luxury, lifestyle, fashion, automotive, insurance, banking, and media.

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Ambassador Luxury German to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong customer care attitude, be fluent in multiple languages, empathetic, and enthusiastic about fashion and international luxury brands. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Languages: German (B2/C1)

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer relations with Italian and international customers via phone, chat, and email.
  2. E-commerce and after-sales support, assisting customers with online purchases.

Contract Details: Full-time, 8 hours daily (40 hours/week), on shifts, 5 days a week.

Qualifications:

  1. Degree and/or experience in e-commerce, customer care, fashion, and luxury sectors.
  2. Proficiency in main IT tools, especially Microsoft Office.
  3. Ongoing training in luxury brands.
  4. Continuous language practice and professional growth in the luxury industry.
  5. Collaborative, supportive environment with innovative spaces.
