Position Overview:

Reporting to the Assurance Sales Manager Italy, Eurofins seeks a dynamic individual to develop its Food and Consumer Assurance activities in Italy, including food labelling services, certification, auditing (social, quality, environmental, security), and training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, develop, and grow customer relationships, ensuring services meet client needs.
  • Enhance client relationships through professional support and customer care.
  • Work with existing partners and develop new relationships to drive business growth and visibility.
  • Contribute to sales planning and marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze monthly KPIs and develop new metrics to monitor progress.
  • Collaborate with marketing resources as needed.
  • Apply good practices across responsibilities.
  • Work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
  • Be open-minded, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Promote the company's vision.
  • Maintain confidentiality and impartiality, adhering to company procedures.
  • Conduct activities safely and efficiently.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Use CRM (Salesforce) and report periodically using company tools.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree.
  • Knowledge of main food safety certification and audit schemes, and CRM tools.
  • Experience in sales roles or in a certification body or consultancy (preferred).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficient in Office applications and analytical skills.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interact successfully with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in computer software including word processing, spreadsheets, email, project management, and resource planning.

Other Information:

Travel required within Italy.
