Description: Tom Ford Distribution srl is seeking a Sales Assistant for our boutique in Milan, specifically for candidates belonging to protected categories under Law 68/99. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in sales and customer service within the luxury sector, serving an international clientele.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Assist in sales of clothing and accessories
2. Provide post-sale support and follow-up with clients
3. Proactively seek new clients
4. Manage and retain existing clients through targeted recalls
5. Provide feedback to management regarding products and customer requests

Requirements:

1. At least 1 year of sales experience in a luxury brand
2. Deep understanding of the fashion industry
3. Good command of the English language
4. Teamwork attitude, strong interpersonal and communication skills
5. Results-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
6. Availability and flexibility

Workplace: Milan

Working hours: Full-time, 5 days a week
