Manager - Finance Business Planning

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor the company’s business plan.
  • Lead data analysis to support informed decision-making.
  • Build business cases for new opportunities or partnership renewals.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on performance, progress, risks, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Strategy teams on modelling and hypotheses.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop project plans, budgets, and 5-year plans.
  • Manage a centralized repository of business planning documents.
  • Develop and improve business planning processes and tools.
  • Analyze data and hypotheses critically to challenge assumptions and evaluate scenarios.
  • Conduct due diligence on third-party business and industrial plans.
  • Contribute to special projects and ad hoc analyses.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field.
  • Strong background in business and finance.
  • 4-5+ years’ experience in business planning, financial analysis, or strategy development.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Advanced Excel skills; proficiency with PowerPoint and presentation software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in dynamic and challenging finance projects.
