Keysight’s Global Sales organization has a great opportunity for the right individual to join an exciting and dynamic team! The Account Development Representative (ADR) demonstrates proven and disciplined sales methodologies and is responsible for selling renewals for the Keysight EDA software product portfolio. This includes the sale of first-year conversions, maintenance agreements, and upselling to the entire customer organization, from engineers to executives.

The focus will be on acting as a trusted advisor, influencing long-term strategic direction, and maintaining customer relationships to ensure the timely and effective renewal of existing agreements. The successful ADR leads the development and execution of the renewal playbook for their territory, navigating complex sales processes to close renewal opportunities. They explore and understand complex customer requirements to engage, educate, and ensure satisfaction of the installed base, developing outstanding renewal account plans while understanding Keysight’s broad solutions portfolio to build a strong renewal funnel and identify upsell opportunities.

This is a remote position with occasional US travel may be required.

Responsibilities

Some key competencies for this role include:

  1. Sales Capabilities: Demonstrated success in disciplined execution of renewal processes, funnel management, and exceeding sales goals in a software business. Ability to ensure timely renewals and proactively mitigate at-risk renewals by understanding customer initiatives and engaging resources.
  2. Ability to articulate Keysight’s value propositions at all organizational levels and manage a large funnel with accurate sales forecasts.
  3. Skilled negotiator.

Qualifications

To be successful, you should have:

  • At least 5 years in a sales organization with direct customer contact, preferably with EDA software experience
  • Previous renewal and EDA software sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, LinkedIn, Excel, and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Italian; proficiency in Hebrew is a plus
  • Comfort with learning new web-based applications
