Administrative Office - Account Area - Administration
Position
The selected candidate will be integrated into a structured Administrative Office, handling independently the Accounts Payable Cycle and Accounting.
Specifically, they will be responsible for recording all accounts payable transactions for Italy and abroad, managing the supplier schedule, monitoring costs, controlling accounting sheets, and managing the supplier ledger, collaborating with other company functions to ensure proper administrative and accounting activities.
Additionally, they will assist in calculating agent commissions (Enasarco).
Ideal candidates will have excellent interpersonal skills, an empathetic and collaborative approach, problem-solving abilities, and analytical skills.
Contract type: Fixed-term contract with the possibility of permanent employment.
Work location: near Gaiarine (TV)
Working hours: Full-time daytime (08:30-12:30 and 14:00-18:00)
