A PR & Marketing Executive plays a vital role in supporting the Line Manager to achieve key objectives aligned with the annual marketing and PR plan, current initiatives, and related activities. The team focuses on integrating all functions to meet commercial targets. The role involves managing individual projects related to marketing, media relations, internal communications, and performing daily administrative duties.

What will I be doing?

As a PR & Marketing Executive, your responsibilities include enhancing brand awareness, communicating promotions, and addressing hotel business needs through various marketing activities. Your tasks will include:

1. Coordinate and support: Implement marketing and PR strategies, monitor campaign performance, and report results.
2. Support promotional activities: Develop collateral, maintain media libraries, and support media outreach.
3. Media relations: Promote hotel activities, support internal communications, and manage media visits and familiarisation trips.
4. Content management: Oversee social media, website content, and online presence, ensuring brand standards are maintained.
5. Reporting and analysis: Prepare reports on marketing activities, conduct competitive analysis, and maintain marketing archives.
6. Relationship building: Develop effective relationships with internal teams, external agencies, media, and community stakeholders.
7. Support crisis communication: Assist in managing hotel communications during crises.
