Job description

We are looking for a talented and committed HR Business Partner to play a critical role in one of our Product Development & Tech HR team located in Turin.

Scope

Responsible in the area of competence for ensuring the management of PDT employees in accordance with Company policies and rules and contributing in the implementation and improvement of Company HR processes.

HR Business Partner works with teams, managers, and key stakeholders to help build organisation and people capability, and shape and implement effective people strategies and activities within the organisation.

General duties

The HR Business Partner will directly reports to Technical Center HR Lead

He/she is responsible for:

  • guaranteeing assistance to the line about staff (workers and employees)
  • managing the HR KPIs (headcounts, overtime, injuries, etc.)
  • resourcing the organization (recruitment, assignments, internal mobility)
  • ensuring that all issues are properly identified, reported and resolved.
  • ensuring the correct application of Local Law, Collective Agreement and Company Regulations and managing the internal trade union relations
  • support the business to improve the decisions

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experiences:

  • Master degree
  • 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Fluent in English
  • Demonstrate ability to motivate others and influence work behaviors
  • Strong communication skills
  • Pro-active, enthusiastic and committed person
  • Positive thinking approach
  • Good knowledge of MS Office suite completes the profile
