Customer Success Operations Specialist, Segrate
Triumph Group, a global leader in the lingerie sector with a presence in over 80 countries, is seeking a Customer Success Operations Specialist (f/m/d) (100%) to join our Customer Success Operations Department in Segrate (MI).
Your Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain data integrity through daily, weekly, and monthly housekeeping exercises, resolving incomplete orders and ensuring high delivery performance.
- Troubleshoot issues to facilitate weekly Sell Out postings and timely submission of relevant documents before monthly closure.
- Improve and learn month-end closing procedures.
- Support stock take activities and act as the contact point for Customers & Sales Team.
- Analyze stock figures, reconcile with Sales, and post results in SAP.
- Serve as SPOC for warehouse requirements and transportation support for local matters.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team and warehouses to identify and implement VAS needs.
- Identify and resolve system failures.
- Lead training and support as SAP Key User for the team, including onboarding new team members and implementing new functionalities.
Your Ideal Profile:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in multinational companies.
- Experience handling large datasets, analyzing figures, and producing reports.
- Accuracy, methodology, and attention to detail in operational tasks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centered approach; ability to work in cross-cultural teams.
- Proficiency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
- IT skills: Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Teams, Word), SAP (SD and BW modules), Salesforce (preferred).
- Willingness to travel for training and meetings.
