Descrizione del lavoro

Working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service and hands-on support. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious company operating at the forefront of their industry and play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of a premium IT support service.

We are looking for an extremely proactive person with a keen interest in technology, who can make suggestions for improvements and offer opinions on new products or services. Additionally, we seek someone with exceptional customer service skills, the ability to build effective working relationships with team members and business users, and a flexible, committed approach to work.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Face-to-face IT support for users;
  2. Hardware installation, movement, and de-installation;
  3. Diagnosing issues related to personal hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, etc.);
  4. Testing system and application changes, preparing scripts in MS Windows 10 and MS Office 365 environments;
  5. Managing small projects related to new hardware or software installations;
  6. Installing software, patches, and updates using MS SCCM.
Job Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in a technical ICT environment, preferably in a manufacturing-based organization;
  • General end-user technology knowledge;
  • Experience with End User Workspace platforms (discovery, asset management, client management);
  • Proficiency with Microsoft platforms (Active Directory, Office, SCCM);
  • Experience with ITSM tools (ticket management software) is preferred;
  • Soft skills: planning and organizing, attention to detail, problem solving, analysis, flexibility, customer sensitivity, technical writing skills;
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Italian language skills.
