Requirements

What We’re Looking For: Are You the Organic Content Architect We Need?

Must-Have Experience:

• ️ 2+ years in organic scriptwriting, with a strong focus on YouTube long-form (short-form is a plus!).
• ️ A storytelling genius who knows how to craft compelling narratives that keep audiences coming back.
• Proven expertise in optimizing scripts for retention, engagement, and watch time.
• Deep research skills - you can dig into any topic and structure scripts that connect and convert.
• Eagle-eyed editing & proofreading skills to ensure top-tier content quality.
• Strong project management skills - you can juggle research, planning, and execution like a pro.
• A portfolio of high-performing video scripts (bonus if you’ve written a viral hit!).
• Ability to analyze performance data and adjust content strategy based on real insights.

Bonus Points (aka the “WOW” Factor)

• You’ve written for a YouTube channel that achieved sustained growth.
• Your scripts have helped brands launch and scale on YouTube.
• You understand YouTube & IG SEO, keyword research, and discoverability best practices.
• You’ve crafted both video scripts AND written formats (blogs, newsletters, etc.).
• You’ve helped build or executed an organic content strategy, managing video calendars from A to Z.
