Then come and join our global team as Enterprise Service Head Italy to drive and enhance the local enterprise services business.

Responsibilities:

• Implement strategic business guidelines and ensure the implementation of the strategy for the Business Line in Italy.
• Act as a link between ES Country Strategy and HQ ES team.
• Drive the Enterprise services business in Italy: revenue, sales, costs.
• Develop customer relationships, including C-level, to drive value partnerships with private and public clients.
• Drive market development activities such as PPP (public-private partnership) and value partnerships.
• Foster internal knowledge sharing and collaboration across business areas.
• Manage solutions and bids for large and complex deals.
• Participate actively in EMEA initiatives and activities, such as congresses and task forces on specific topics or business areas.

Your qualifications and experience:

• Biomedical Engineering or Financial/Commercial background.
• Knowledge of healthcare public and private markets.
• Experience in managing large and complex deals (preferable).
• People management experience.
• Sales experience.

• Ability to manage business with a strategic overview and identify new opportunities.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and consultancy skills.
• Knowledge of advanced business models.
• Innovative mindset in developing new business opportunities.
• Fluent in English and Italian (mother tongue).
