In TooPowerful srl, a fully remote company specialized in influencer marketing, we are looking for a:

  • Administrative Accountant with a full-time or part-time contract and remote work. If you don't know us, we innovate influencer marketing with a powerful strategic vision, incubating hundreds of communities and creating sensational content. TooPowerful has three divisions:

  1. Talent Division: We find, grow, and support the best talents, managing their careers and developing long-term opportunities.
  2. Projects Division: We design and develop the best communication strategies for our clients, all centered around Content Creators.
  3. Athletes Division: We support the digital careers of professional and amateur athletes.

If you have experience in managing the accounting for both clients and suppliers of a company and possibly have a passion for social networks, this opportunity is for you.

Essential Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 3 years as a back-office accountant in any company within the commerce sector.
  • Location: Residence in the province of Lecco for occasional travel to the office (Milan and Lecco).
  • Deep knowledge of invoicing, tax declarations, relations with accountants, deadlines, and financial statements, with thorough economic understanding.
  • Up-to-date with Italian fiscal regulations.
Role Responsibilities (Accounting):
  • Support within an administrative team currently consisting of one person.
  • Management of the agency's cash flow.
  • Payment of supplier invoices and collection of customer invoices.
  • Customer invoicing.
  • Assistance in drafting financial statements, filling out tax returns, and routine accounting support for the accountant and the current company resource.
  • Basic credit recovery activities.
  • Maintaining the company's accounting records.
Contract Details:
  • Working hours: full-time or part-time, flexible according to needs.
  • Contract: CCNL Commerce with thirteenth and fourteenth month salary or as an external consultant via partita IVA.
  • Benefits: to be agreed upon at the time of hiring.
