The Opportunity

We seek an accomplished Sales Manager for business development across key West European markets such as GB, France, and Germany.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute territory plans to reach annual sales targets.
2. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to complex deal closure with dental clinics, labs, and distributors.
3. Build C-level relationships with dental associations, KOLs, and buying groups.
4. Analyze market trends to position solutions against competitors.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience in dental technology/medical devices.
• Deep understanding of CAD/CAM workflows.
• Proven track record selling €100k+ solutions to dental professionals.
• Multilingual: English plus at least one European language (German, French, or Spanish preferred).
• Willingness to travel 60% across Europe (valid driver's license required).
