Job Description

Working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service and hands-on support. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious company operating at the forefront of their industry and play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of a premium IT support service. We are looking for an extremely proactive person with a keen interest in technology, who is able to make suggestions for improvements and offer opinions on new products or services. In addition, we seek a person with exceptional customer service skills, along with the ability to build effective working relationships with both team members and business users, and a flexible and committed approach to work.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Face-to-face IT support for users;
  2. Hardware installation, movement, and de-installation;
  3. Diagnosing issues concerning personal hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, etc.);
  4. System and application testing, script preparation in MS Windows 10 and MS Office 365 environment;
  5. Managing small projects related to new hardware or software installation;
  6. Installing software, patches, and updates using MS SCCM.
Job Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in a technical ICT environment, preferably in a manufacturing-based organization;
  • General end-user technology knowledge;
  • Experience with End User Workspace platforms (discovery, asset management, client management);
  • Proficiency with Microsoft platforms (Active Directory, Office, SCCM);
  • Experience with ITSM tools (ticket management software) preferred;
  • Soft skills: planning and organizing, attention to detail, problem-solving, analysis, flexibility, customer sensitivity, technical writing skills;
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Italian skills.
