Job Opening: Digital Consultant / Senior Consultant (ServiceNow) - Milan

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support requirements gathering and functional process design on ServiceNow;
2. Contribute to defining the technological architecture of the solutions;
3. Assist in configuring, implementing, and managing the processes within the solutions;
4. Support testing activities and facilitate client adoption of the solutions;
5. Collaborate with Service Delivery teams to ensure proper execution and implementation of standard and customized solutions.
