A Pivotal Role in Talent Development

As an L&D Specialist, you will shape and deliver impactful training programs that enhance service quality and elevate the guest experience. You will support teams across multiple locations, build capability at scale, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within a people-driven business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver Engaging Training: Facilitate interactive, on-site training for seasonal and permanent staff, ensuring operational excellence in guest service, safety, and hospitality best practices.
2. Design & Improve Learning Materials: Develop and refine training content, including technical guides, e-learning modules, and video tutorials to ensure knowledge is accessible and engaging.
3. Coach & Support Teams: Mentor managers and frontline staff, equipping them with skills and mindset for exceptional guest experiences.
4. Ensure Consistency & Compliance: Standardize training delivery across Italy & Croatia, aligning with corporate standards while adapting to regional needs.
5. Evaluate & Optimize: Track training effectiveness, gather feedback, and continuously improve learning programs for maximum impact.

Who We Are Looking For

This role suits a hands-on, people-focused L&D professional with experience in developing talent, ideally with a background in hospitality, tourism, or operational training.

• Experienced Trainer: Proven experience in learning & development, training, or operational coaching, preferably in hospitality or service industries.
• Engaging Communicator: Ability to deliver dynamic, high-energy training sessions and inspire teams at all levels.
• Innovative & Adaptable: Passionate about creating relevant learning solutions in fast-paced, guest-focused environments.
• Multilingual & Culturally Aware: Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of Croatian or French is a plus. Ability to connect with diverse teams.
• Willing to Travel: Comfortable with regular travel across Italy & Croatia to deliver training effectively.
