This role covers Triveneto and Lombardia EST, focusing on building relationships with the medical community, facilitating clinical trials, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have an advanced clinical degree and significant experience in hematology or oncology, along with strong interpersonal skills and a readiness to travel.

Overview

This role involves representing the Medical Affairs organization to the medical/scientific community as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL). The territory covers Triveneto and Lombardia EST.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain relationships with thought leaders, participate in scientific exchanges.
2. Respond to information requests, support reimbursement and patient access.
3. Facilitate clinical trials, provide updates and feedback from interactions.
4. Deliver scientific presentations, support internal training.
5. Identify and update speakers for the Incyte Biosciences Speakers’ Bureau.
6. Support advisory boards and investigator meetings, develop content.
7. Represent the company at medical meetings.
8. Ensure compliance with SOPs and legal regulations.
9. Maintain expertise in relevant areas.
10. Participate in departmental committees, share best practices.
11. Uphold corporate values, ethics, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

1. Advanced clinical degree (PharmD, PhD, MD).
2. Experience in hematology and/or oncology preferred.
3. Previous pharma/MSL experience is a plus.
4. Total of at least 10 years’ experience.
5. Flexibility, diplomacy, travel readiness.
