Job Description

Grafton Fashion & Luxury, a dedicated team within Gi Group Spa specializing in fashion and luxury, is seeking a Client Advisor for a prestigious Italian luxury brand boutique in Milano.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sales focusing on men's clothing and manage store activities;
• Manage customer relationships and provide sales consultancy to ensure an excellent retail experience;
• Customer loyalty management via CRM;
• Support cash register activities and visual merchandising.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in high-end retail, with a focus on assisted sales and customer service;
• Knowledge of men's apparel;
• Ability to foster customer loyalty and passion for sales and products;
• Well-groomed appearance, cheerful, dynamic, and reliable personality;
• Fluent English; knowledge of a third language is a plus.

Offer

• Full-time, working on rotating shifts including weekends;
• Contract type: fixed-term or permanent, directly with the client;
• Level 4 of the CCNL trade sector, salary commensurate with experience, €8 meal vouchers, and incentive schemes;
