We Hunt, on behalf of a food manufacturing company located in the province of Catania, is seeking a Back Office Commerciale.

The role will support commercial and logistical-production activities, ensuring efficient management of procurement, production planning, and coordination between suppliers, internal departments, and clients.

Responsibilities

1. Manage orders for raw materials, semi-finished products, and packaging in line with production needs.
2. Monitor and optimize stock levels to prevent stock-outs or excess inventory.
3. Plan production needs based on commercial requests and production capacity.
4. Monitor production times and optimize processes in collaboration with relevant teams.
5. Support the management of non-conformities and reconcile planned orders with actual outputs.
6. Handle documentation such as orders, invoices, delivery notes, and customs documents for import/export.
7. Interface with clients and suppliers for logistical or quality clarifications.
8. Qualifications: Degree in Economics or Foreign Languages.
9. Experience: Over 2 years in similar roles within food companies, focusing on procurement, logistics, or production planning.
10. Excellent knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas) and management software (e.g., SAP, Zucchetti).
