Key Account Manager

What You’ll Do

  • Develop our market territory by identifying opportunities for account expansion, decision makers, proposals, and closing meetings.
  • Leverage existing contacts and client relationships to connect global learning leaders with goFLUENT solutions.
  • Drive revenue growth through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to nurture accounts.
  • Create compelling business cases demonstrating ROI for goFLUENT solutions.
  • Participate in exhibitions and events.
  • Travel within your territory to support sales efforts.

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Experience with SaaS and international markets is a plus.
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all organizational levels, including senior management and C-suite.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Italian.
  • Team player, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Proactive, personable, adaptable, and hardworking.
  • Active on professional social media, especially LinkedIn.
  • Experience in Training, e-Learning, or HR services is advantageous.
