A Client Advisor actively contributes to store sales and key performance indicators.

They provide a unique, memorable, sophisticated, and lasting experience to all external and internal clients. They support the management team and colleagues while consistently upholding our Maison values, image, and standards.

MISSIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Provide outstanding client and after-sale service to all visitors and clients.
  2. Show passion in connecting and reconnecting with clients, putting them at the center, identifying their needs, and anticipating their future requests.
  3. Cultivate a robust client portfolio to ensure proactive and growing business.
  4. Drive performance to exceed individual sales and KPI goals with a business mindset and entrepreneurial approach.
  5. Create personalized, versatile, and timeless silhouettes for clients, demonstrating a passion for fashion culture.
  6. Show a transparent and genuine attitude with clients, creating a unique connection.
  7. Communicate professionally and authentically with clients and colleagues.
  8. Use all available tools effectively to optimize business opportunities.
  9. Support front and back-of-house teams proactively, contributing to overall team spirit.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures.

PROFILE

  • Experience in providing high-quality service focused on client expectations, such as in fashion & accessory retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality.
  • Personal taste and passion for fashion culture; enjoy creating personalized looks.
