HR Specialist - Cost Control & Compliance, Preganziol

Risorse Professional, a company specialized in recruiting middle and senior management profiles, is seeking a candidate for a prestigious multinational operating in the Food & Beverage sector. The role involves:

  1. Drafting and managing employment letters for Executives and Managers;
  2. Drafting contractual and union agreements;
  3. Managing administrative procedures (e.g., CDS, procedures under law 223/91);
  4. Implementing, coordinating, and verifying HR reports and HR costs from various countries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness;
  5. Verifying HR costs and promptly reporting any discrepancies;
  6. Regular interaction with management control for cost verification and reconciliation;
  7. Monitoring compliance of reporting processes with corporate directives and internal regulations.

Qualifications:

  1. Degree in Law, Economics, or equivalent;
  2. Master's or specialization courses in Human Resources are preferred;
  3. At least 3 years of HR experience focusing on administration, contractual matters, and cost control;
  4. Experience in multinational environments is a plus;
  5. Excellent command of English;
  6. Proficiency in HR reporting tools and data analysis;
  7. Excellent Excel skills;
  8. Precision, ability to work under tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
