For a global company in the travel sector, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced SENIOR PRICING ANALYST to join Pricing Team within the Revenue Management Department. This role is part of the Commercial area and reports directly to the Pricing Director.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Pricing Analyst will be pivotal in developing the company's pricing strategy across all its fleets and markets. The main focus will be maximizing revenue by optimizing pricing for both transportation and other services.

• Lead pricing strategies across different markets, ensuring alignment with overall commercial goals. This includes defining the annual sales plan based on activation plans and growth strategies.
• Analyze the business environment, monitor competitors, and define the global price positioning of the company's products.
• Innovate pricing models to maximize customer willingness to buy, tailoring pricing packages according to market needs.
• Collaborate with the E-commerce team and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless omnichannel customer experience.
• Play a key role in financial revenue planning, working with global Sales & Marketing teams to ensure pricing strategies are aligned with financial objectives.

What is Required

• At least 5 years of experience in pricing and revenue management within global companies.
• A Master's degree in Economics, Engineering Management, Mathematics/Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong data-driven mindset with commercial awareness and business acumen.
• Experience in E-commerce and knowledge of both B2B and B2C sales dynamics.
• Proficiency in Excel, quantitative tools, and PowerPoint (knowledge of Power BI is an advantage).
• Fluency in English and a passion for working in a global, diverse environment.
• A true team player, who thrives under pressure, brings optimism and resilience, and motivates and supports colleagues to achieve their best.
