Job Title: Impiegato /a Amministrativo Contabile

Company Description

Synergie Italia, an employment agency in Varese, is recruiting for a client company:

Position

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Active and passive invoicing
2. Monthly Intrastat reporting
3. Monthly VAT liquidation and F24 payments
4. Payroll registration
5. First note entries
6. Periodic monthly financial statements and year-end financial statements
7. Preparation of VAT declaration data
8. Management of collections, payments, and reminders

Requirements

• Previous experience in similar tasks
• Knowledge of double-entry accounting software
• Preferably familiarity with the Datev management system

Additional Information

Employment contract: Permanent or fixed-term depending on experience

Working hours: Full-time, 9 am - 6 pm, Monday to Friday

Work location: Legnano (MI)
