Competenze

About The Job

L’HSE Specialist, reporting to the Health and Safety Manager, will be responsible for implementing Italian legislation on health and safety, as well as safety standards shared with the Head Quarter.

They will actively participate in key ongoing projects, such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Certification and the internal project "Focus Sicurezza 0 Infortuni".

Job Responsibilities

1. Collaborate in the Risk Assessment process and preventive measures for the safety and healthiness of work environments.
2. Prepare documents for Interfering Risk Assessment (DUVRI) and verify the technical-professional suitability of contracting companies.
3. Develop, control, and update company procedures/operating instructions related to health, safety, and environment.
4. Manage health surveillance (organize periodic medical visits) and mandatory safety training.
5. Collect and monitor improvement actions, reported risks, and alerts from departments.
6. Provide basic safety training for new personnel or those on temporary assignments in other departments.
7. Prepare reports on injuries, near misses, and safety/environment KPIs.
8. Support Supervisors in activities to ensure compliance with safety procedures and instructions.
9. Manage purchase orders for consumables and equipment related to safety and environment systems.
10. Actively participate in cross-area continuous improvement projects related to Environment and Safety, shared at the international level.

Profile

• Technical Engineering Degree or Master’s in Health, Safety, and Environment topics.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation (D.Lgs 81/2008).
• Experience in the role with +2/3 years, preferably within industrial contexts.
• Excellent communication and team motivation skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to travel within Italy and abroad.
• Very good knowledge of English and/or French.
• Deep knowledge of the Office package; SAP experience is preferred.
