Italy Country Senior Growth Manager – Competitive Salary – Italy, Spain, UK - Remote

Sphere have a long standing partnership with a European HealthTech who have created a platform for wellbeing and mental health. They have thousands of psychologists and therapists in their books who are skilled in a wide range of specialisms. They are revolutionizing the mental health industry by helping normalise therapy, while making it accessible for all.

As a result of their success, they are hiring a Senior Country Growth Manager – specific for the Italian market.

Responsibilities:

  • Have total ownership over their P&L and budget, spend management and target setting – specific for Italy.
  • Lead planning and monitoring of market growth for Italy – covering both ATL and BTL, and digital marketing, organic marketing and branding.
  • You will be overseeing performance monitoring, while working cross functionally with all stakeholders to ensure everything is aligned from a marketing perspective for the Italian market.
  • Lead, drive and deliver campaign launches and implementation of brand strategies for optimum market penetration.
  • Have at least 7 years experience working with cross channel marketing, successfully launching marketing campaigns.
  • Experienced working with high growth tech start-ups, with a self starter/independent mentality.
  • Very analytical and data driven.
  • Italian market expert (native Italian is a must for this role, with fluency in English).
  • Excellent communicator, who is able to report to C-suite and work with stakeholders across the business to meet goals and KPIs.
