Job Title: Junior Credit Collector

Adecco Financial Services, part of a leading company in the food service sector, is seeking a Junior Credit Collector.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage relationships with delinquent clients by preparing and managing repayment plans for approval.
2. Follow up on overdue payments and collaborate with the sales team to coordinate collection procedures.
3. Handle order releases and unlocks.

Requirements:

• Degree in Economics or Law.
• Some previous experience in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.

Additional Information:

Initial contract through temporary agency work, aiming at permanent placement. Contract details: Level IV in the Commerce sector, including a ticket worth €6. Full-time position, Monday to Friday, shifts between 8:00 and 19:00 (8-17, 9-18, or 10-19). Location: Milan, hybrid mode.

The selected candidate must be available for a two-week training period in Trento (transport, meals, and accommodation expenses covered by the company). Expected start date: 26/05/2025.
