Sales Area Manager Nord Ovest Settore Chimico Edile (f/m/x), Aosta Valley

Our client develops, produces, and sells over 45 years of innovative solutions for building waterproofing and technical foams, operating in international markets with sales offices and logistics centers across Europe. Their clients mainly include retailers and manufacturers of wooden and aluminum windows, PVC windows and doors, and window installation companies.

We are seeking an ambitious, motivated, and competent individual to strengthen the current sales team in North East Italy, residing in one of the following regions: Piedmont, parts of Lombardy, Emilia, Valle D'Aosta, and Liguria.

Responsibilities:
  1. Distribution and sale of products requiring technical explanations related to the production and installation of fixtures and window frames;
  2. Acquisition of new clients and products;
  3. Consulting architects and installers regarding window and door installation;
  4. Technical and commercial support to clients and colleagues;
  5. Training installers;
  6. Maintaining and expanding contacts with designers and building authorities;
  7. Independent consulting and support to architects during the design phase;
  8. Implementation of sales and marketing strategies;
  9. Continuous CRM updates.
Candidate Profile:
  • Completed manual/technical education in construction, preferably in windows or facades;
  • Experience in on-field sales and consulting of technical products, ideally in the window/door sector;
  • Residence in one of the specified regions;
  • Strong sales and consulting orientation with proven success in the mentioned areas;
  • Knowledge of German or English is a plus but not mandatory;
  • Independent and structured working style;
  • Dedication, flexibility, reliability, resilience;
  • Team spirit, strong interpersonal and acquisition skills;
  • Driving license;
  • Proficiency in MS Office / iOS.
