Position: Intern - Commercial

Adecco Italia Spa is seeking an intern for a company in San Vittore Olona. The selected candidate will participate in developing and implementing projects to support commercial and sales activities, aiming to meet company needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the implementation of ongoing projects in the local market
2. Develop and stipulate commercial offers
3. Understand company needs regarding tools and process improvements in sales and commercial areas
4. Create and develop strategic reports and analyses using Excel
5. Coordinate with warehouse for order fulfillment and with purchasing/admin offices for procurement and invoicing
6. Manage relationships with national and international clients/suppliers via phone and email

Requirements:

• Academic background preferably in Management Engineering or Economics
• Good commercial attitude
• Analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into technical implementations
• Experience with at least one major digital system (CRM, SAP, order-taking tools)
• Knowledge of reporting systems like BI or Power BI is a plus
• Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Good written and oral communication skills in Italian and English

Contract: 6-month internship with potential for permanent placement.

Working hours: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 9:00-18:00.
