The ideal candidate will define the product vision, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure the system meets business goals while adhering to data governance standards. This remote role requires fluency in Italian and English, along with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Define the long-term vision for the DAM system, aligning it with the organization's digital strategy and stakeholders’ needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and conduct user research to gather insights and develop user-centric features.
• Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes in the product backlog based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap, ensuring key phases and milestones align with the DAM system’s evolution.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating business objectives into actionable technical requirements.
• Define KPIs and ROI for the DAM system to measure its success and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure the DAM system adheres to data governance standards, security, and compliance requirements, working with IT and legal departments.
• Develop adoption strategies and oversee change management processes to ensure smooth transitions when new features are released.

Requirements

• Fluent in both Italian and English.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience in gathering and prioritizing product requirements.
• Ability to define product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
• Strong organizational skills and experience with product backlog management.
• Familiarity with KPIs and measuring product performance.
