Job Description

Openjobmetis S.p.A., in collaboration with RSA San Paolo, organizes a free training course to become: Auxiliary Socio-Assistential Worker (ASA).

Position: Auxiliary Socio-Assistential Worker (ASA).

Main topics of the course

Completing the course will equip you with the skills necessary to work within healthcare facilities as an ASA.

The course consists of 450 hours of classroom theory and practice and 350 hours of internship, totaling 800 hours.

The course runs Monday to Friday (from 9 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 6 pm).

Requirements

• Being unemployed or inactive, of legal age, with at least a middle school diploma,
• Proficiency in Italian, both spoken and written, at least level B1
• For candidates with foreign qualifications, a Declaration of Value or CIMEA comparability certificate is required (for Ukrainian citizens or refugees, a sworn translation of the diploma suffices)

Additional information

Upon successful completion and passing the exam, a contract of employment as an ASA will be offered at RSA San Paolo.
