For our client, a multinational leader in its sector, we are participating in the strengthening of the Revenue Growth Management structure, with the search for a Net Revenue Manager Italy. Reporting directly to the Head of Growth Revenue South-West and working closely with the Local commercial organisation, the resource will be responsible for using market intelligence, analysis, financial data and scenario planning to develop strategies that influence key areas of Revenue Growth Management (RGM), including Price, Promotions, PPA, Mix and Efficiency of Commercial Expenditure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own local pricing roadmap, creates and aligns SKU level pricing proposals in line with cluster pricing& PPA guidelines and commitments;
  • Develop harmonization plan towards targeted net pricing corridor;
  • Translate cluster Trade architecture framework into market investment choices linked to desired NRM outputs. Identify trade term opportunities for increased conditionality and effectiveness;
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Marketing, Finance, Sales operations and Portfolio& Activation to ensure transparency of Trade spend by account and program to help inform decisions and to track success;
  • Critical to the success of the role will be your ability to take the lead in change management across the sales, marketing and finance communities to drive a revenue management mindset and ultimately embed the strategies into ‘business as usual’ activity.

Role Requirements:

  • Proven relevant experience in RGM and NRM, a previous experience in Sales is requested;
  • Proven ability to achieve results in a matrix organization with cross functional teams;
  • Good commercial understanding and analytical skills;
  • Excellent communication and confident presenting skills;
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
