Our headquarters and main manufacturing plant are located in Vimodrone (MI), Italy.

Role Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Pre and Post Sales Application Engineer to join our engineering sales department. You will support customers throughout the entire project lifecycle—from initial proposal to post-delivery support.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Analyze customer requirements and create tailored technical proposals.
  2. Select appropriate components and size complete lubrication systems accordingly.
  3. Prepare P&ID diagrams and all necessary technical documentation.
  4. Collaborate with the commercial team on proposal generation and assist with technical explanations during negotiations.
  5. Participate in remote or on-site meetings with customers to present solutions, explain benefits, and ensure customer understanding.
  6. Serve as the main technical contact for large-scale projects, managing all stages—from proposal to Final Acceptance Testing (FAT).
  7. Provide remote support and troubleshooting assistance for system configuration and setup.
  8. Ensure timely progression and communication across project stages and stakeholders.

Requirements :

  1. Technical Diploma (ideal), Technical Background or Degree.
  2. Proven experience in industrial systems, preferably lubrication, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems.
  3. Strong understanding of component selection and system design in one of the above industrial systems.
  4. Ability to read and prepare P&ID and other technical schematics.
  5. Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
  6. Excellent communication skills and customer-focused mindset.
  7. 2D CAD drawing ability (AutoCAD) for schematics (P&ID).
  8. Proficiency in Office Suite (especially Excel).

Nice to have, but not essential :

  1. Willingness to travel for customer meetings and project support as required.
  2. Ability to read Electromechanical schematics is a plus, but not essential.
  3. Experience with SAP (training will be provided if not already familiar).
