The position is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including:
- Defining the product roadmap by researching and analyzing market conditions, identifying key competitors and trends.
- Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements.
- Articulating key market requirements, identifying opportunities for product innovation and enhancements.
- Working closely with engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure development targets and customer satisfaction goals are met.
- Planning and executing strategic initiatives to develop business by leveraging current and future technologies, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall strategy and goals.
Key accountabilities include:
- Defining the product strategy and roadmap.
- Delivering market and product requirements.
- Developing and winning significant initiatives impacting revenue.
- Collaborating with customers, partners, and third parties for partnerships and licensing opportunities.
- Managing programs and projects for beta and discovery phases of early-stage products.
- Supporting sales and marketing with product knowledge and technical expertise.
- Enhancing cross-functional collaboration and trust among teams.
- Liaising with advertising and PR to promote the product.
Position requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering; MBA is a plus.
- Solid experience as a Product Manager or Business Development in the food & beverage industry (both customer and supplier sides).
- Proven success in launching components/devices to the market.
- Knowledge of food & beverage industry standards.
- Project management skills; PMP certification is a plus.
- Effective communication and stakeholder interaction skills.
