SAP BASIS & HANA Account Manager - Italian Speaker

Position Type: Permanent / Full-Time / Remote

Your Role & Responsibilities
  1. Support sales to delivery handover and customer onboarding to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.
  2. Contribute to onboarding and transitioning customers to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.
  3. Orchestrate overall service and project delivery according to scope, budget, and milestones.
  4. Support in de-escalations of critical customer situations, working with Major Incident Management and SAP support teams.
  5. Participate in customer release and maintenance activities.
  6. Assist customers with technical requirements throughout their lifecycle within SAP.
  7. Execute and support problem management and continuous improvement initiatives.
  8. Coordinate with SAP stakeholders to ensure customer success, including virtual customer success partners.
  9. Review account status and analyze needs for transition based on growth in volume or complexity.
  10. Ensure systematic onboarding of associates with mandatory training documentation.
  11. Enable continuous knowledge transfer sessions on new topics and refreshers.
Qualifications & Experience
  1. Minimum 5 years of technical expertise in SAP Basis, with good understanding and hands-on experience in HANA database.
  2. Mandatory experience in SAP Upgrade & Migration (OS / DB).
  3. Experience with SaaS products like Ariba, Salesforce, C4C, etc., and their integration with SAP landscape is a plus.
  4. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  5. Language skills: Italian (C2 or native level), English (B2 or above).
  6. 5-6 years’ experience in multinational software/IT organizations, including 5 years in SAP S/4HANA and 2+ years in cloud solutions.
