Competenze

WORK PURPOSE:

• Ensure timely and quality delivery of goods and documents as per the Purchase Order. Monitor supply status throughout the execution period to meet contractual delivery dates. Perform expediting inspection activities. Supervise transportation activities.

Duties & responsibilities:

• Review Purchase Orders and contractual documentation to check for discrepancies and prevent misunderstandings that could cause delays.
• Ensure the vendor supply schedule covers all phases (engineering, procurement, construction, inspection, shipment preparation, and transport) and complies with contract delivery terms and dates.
• Verify and expedite the issuance of all post-order documents by vendors, such as ITP, QCP, GAD, etc.
• Provide reliable and up-to-date information on supply progress based on delivery criticality.
• Monitor all supply chain phases to identify and manage potential delays and mitigate delays already detected.
• Ensure the timely availability of material certificates and test reports before releasing goods.
• Maintain accurate forecasting of milestones and expected delivery dates.
• Ensure the timely availability of shipping documentation for transportation.
• Apply INCOTERMS 2010 edition.
• Inform project management about delivery times.
• Perform field expediting activities.

Required competencies:

• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proficiency in English.
• Must have experience working in EPC O&G industrial projects.
• Minimum 6 years of overall experience in the oil & gas industry in a similar role.
• Documented experience inspecting skid units, valves, vessels, and steel structural components (piperacks, buildings).
• Good knowledge and practice of IT programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Qualifications:

• Coating inspector certification.
