Application Specialist

Poltrona Frau/Ceccotti Collezioni is seeking an Application Specialist to support the implementation of the new Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O management system within the Finance area. The role reports to the Application Manager.

1. Main activities:
2. Collaborate with the project team to manage the new management system.
3. Assist users in adopting the system and reporting tools (Power BI).
4. Provide user support directly or via the Corporate team or external consultants, recording issues in the trouble ticket system.
5. Identify functional gaps and propose optimal solutions, coordinating with the corporate team for implementation.
6. Test system modifications, and ensure user training and adoption.
7. Propose and develop system enhancements and related applications (e.g., Power Platform).
8. Manage interface projects with external systems (e.g., production machines, RFID, EDI).
9. Coordinate with the corporate team on issues impacting central systems like Treasury, HR, and Consolidation.
10. Record requests and interventions in the tracking system.
11. Ensure proper documentation of changes.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma or Degree, preferably in IT-related disciplines.
• At least 3 years of experience as a consultant or support team member for business applications.
• Knowledge of Administration and Management Control, or specific background in Finance.
• Excellent command of English.

Skills and Abilities:

• Knowledge of integrated management systems (ERP), preferably Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations.
• Understanding of business processes and ability to liaise with various business areas.
• Knowledge of MS CRM is a plus.
• Familiarity with agile analysis and management methodologies (DevOps).
• Problem-solving skills, reliability, accuracy, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Location: Tolentino (MC). Willingness to travel is required.
