Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Senior Client Advisor/MTM Specialist for an important menswear boutique in Milan.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients directly following the maison customer experience standards
  • Develop the MTM business for the assigned area according to corporate guidelines by consolidating existing client portfolio and building new commercial networks
Clienteling and Customer Service
  • Guarantee high-level customer service
  • Ensure impeccable management of the customer database and data quality
  • Coordinate customer loyalty and contact activities
Experience
  • At least 2 years in a similar position
  • Customer-centric mindset, teamwork, and digital skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Good knowledge of English (additional foreign languages are a plus)
