Job Description:

MATERIA Srl, a leading company in digital printing, is looking for a Marketing Specialist & Project Coordinator for its headquarters in Assago (MI).

We seek a proactive individual enthusiastic about marketing and brand communication, who will support the local team in shaping and executing the Italian marketing and communication strategies aligned with the brand's vision, mission, and goals.

You will play a key role in creating, developing, and implementing effective local content and marketing initiatives, including website management, social media content, brand communication across media platforms, PR, corporate communication, and company events.

Main Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Create and manage marketing project plans to enhance Materia’s brand presence; monitor progress; adjust plans; resolve issues.
2. Oversee daily execution of projects, including social media, website, events, and internal communication.
3. Assist with planning, tracking, documentation, and status updates.
4. Manage yearly budgets, plan, and track expenses across projects.
5. Implement social media strategies and content calendars, mainly for Instagram and LinkedIn.
6. Develop and execute social, PR, and website content aligned with campaigns and business priorities.
7. Manage and evaluate social and digital ad campaigns, improving performance.
8. Handle internal employee marketing activities and newsletters.
9. Prepare graphic materials and presentations with creative agencies.
10. Organize internal and external events with clients.
11. Serve as a corporate reference point for marketing and communication activities.
12. Gather requirements and assist with project deliverables.
13. Respond proactively to agency requests with efficiency and reliability.
14. Manage administrative tasks like cost estimates, financial tracking, timing, forecasting, and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of experience in marketing and communication, preferably in agencies or companies.
• Experience in digital printing and creative agencies is a plus.
• Knowledge of social media, digital media buying, and community marketing.
• Strong project leadership, management, proactiveness, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Canva; graphic and video editing skills are a plus.
• Creativity, proactive attitude, project management skills, and a good aesthetic sense for social content.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Great team player.
