Job Title: Bartender for Luxury Hospitality Sector in Perugia - 2025 Season

Company: Grafton Horeca, a specialized team of Gi Group Spa, dedicated to the hospitality, restaurant, and catering sectors.

Location: Province of Perugia, Italy

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled bartender to join a prestigious luxury structure in Perugia, combining refined design with authentic nature. The environment offers a genuine and professional experience, working within restaurants where the use of raw materials from nature is central to the guest experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and present cocktails, drinks, and other beverages ensuring high-quality service;
2. Manage procurement and restocking of bar supplies, adhering to quality standards;
3. Customize requests to meet customer preferences;
4. Verify proper use and maintenance of equipment and materials;
5. Collaborate with the service and kitchen teams for smooth and impeccable service.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience, even brief, in 5-star hotels and/or high-level bars;
• Knowledge of mixology techniques and current beverage trends;
• Experience abroad is a preferred qualification;
• Team-oriented attitude, good communication skills, and collaborative spirit;
• Attention to quality standards and procedures;
• Precision and creativity in activity management.

Work Schedule: 5 days a week, full-time (40 hours), single shift.

Contract Offer:

• Direct employment with a fixed-term contract until December, with renewal possibilities until January 2026;
• Salary and level to be evaluated based on experience;
