Serioplast, a global leader in rigid plastic packaging, is seeking an HR Relations and Rewards Manager to join our team at the Global Headquarters in Seriate (BG).

This role is responsible for defining and ensuring the execution of HR relations and rewards processes at the global level, reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer.

Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate, supervise, and support the Relations and Rewards team by managing priorities, resolving bottlenecks, and addressing critical issues.
  2. Monitor team performance and propose tools and solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Oversee Total Rewards systems, including salary benchmarking, salary reviews, and Management by Objectives (MBOs) at the group level.
  4. Consolidate the People Budget and conduct labor cost controlling.
  5. Develop and implement policies on work-life balance, employee welfare, and agreements.
  6. Ensure compliance in relationships with unions, workers’ representatives, labor authorities, and employees.
  7. Participate in HR projects and travel up to 30% among worldwide plants.
Technical Skills:
  • Good knowledge of labor law
  • Strong understanding of personnel administration
  • Proficiency in statistics and data analysis
  • Excellent knowledge of business economics
  • Deep understanding of HR management principles and practices
  • Fluent in English
Education and Experience:
  • Master’s degree, preferably in economics, law, or organizational psychology
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in HR management
