DXC Technology Italy is looking for a Technical Leader.

The project focuses on developing software solutions to enable interoperability of Electronic Health Records between regional systems and the National Interoperability Infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage business and technical software solutions.
2. Understand and utilize appropriate solutions and tools to meet customer needs.
3. Interact with colleagues and lead a small team to understand the business environment, technical context, and organizational strategic direction.
4. Stay current on emerging tools, techniques, and technologies.

Requirements:

1. At least 5 years of technical experience.
2. Good knowledge of Spring Framework, Single Page Application frameworks, Microservices, Docker, Design patterns, architecture design, and SQL and NoSQL databases.
3. Ability to work with software development processes (Agile, Waterfall) and DevOps practices.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, a results-oriented focus, decision-making skills, and the ability to work in teams.
