E. Brown Management is an Independent Call Center. We're contracted with multiple clients (Carnival, ADT, Disney, etc.) and all of our agents are 1099 employees.
Previous customer service experience is not required. You will attend training and certification courses.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Must be available to attend a virtual certification course (2-6 weeks)
Qualifications:
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Reliable internet connection
Laptop or Desktop computer must be connected to ethernet.
