Risorse Professional, a company specialized in the Search and Selection of middle and senior management profiles, for an international SGR active in the private equity sector in Milan, is seeking a:

Role and Responsibilities

The candidate, reporting directly to the Partner, will be responsible for:

  1. Actively managing the investment portfolio, monitoring the performance of the investees, and providing operational and strategic support to achieve growth and profitability objectives;
  2. Analyzing and identifying new investment opportunities aligned with the fund's strategy;
  3. Working closely with the management teams of the investees, providing advice on strategic decisions, restructuring operations, expansion, or cost optimization;
  4. Conducting in-depth financial analyses and performance evaluations of companies, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing action plans;
  5. Managing relationships with key stakeholders, including shareholders, investors, and external consultants, to ensure alignment on objectives and strategies;
  6. Preparing reports and presentations for the board of directors and investors, providing updates on the performance of the investees and portfolio developments.
Requirements
  • Excellent academic background in Finance;
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in a Private Equity SGR;
  • Preferably international work experience;
  • Excellent command of the English language (minimum level C1).
