Senior-Level Client-Facing Account Manager F/T and P/T Hours

Pay: €1600-1850 Pro-Rata (based on Full-Time Hours @ 165-175)

Experience Level: 3 years+ in a similar, client-facing role is essential.

Important: This role is available on both a Part Time (50-100 hours per month) and Full-Time (165-175 hours) basis. The P/T option can also increase hours based on capacity, preferences, needs, and performance.

What You'll Do

This isn't a typical PM role under an "Account Manager" label. You'll own the client relationship from the start.

  • Lead 5-7 client accounts, primarily in DTC eCommerce
  • Provide updates, insights, and solutions that clients didn't realize they needed
  • Coordinate seamlessly with Copywriters, Designers, and Tech Strategists
  • Review Klaviyo campaign results, monitor flows, and drive ongoing improvements
  • Ensure quality assurance before client delivery
  • Identify and resolve issues proactively
  • Make clients feel supported and confident because you truly have their back

  • Have used Hubstaff or similar time-tracking tools

How We Work

We believe in results, not micromanagement. You will be expected to:

  • Track hours using Hubstaff, maintaining 65%+ productivity
  • Deliver real value during a 4-day async paid trial
  • Complete a small test assignment after a Loom review (max 2-3 hours)
  • Be proactive, responsive, and quick to adapt when issues arise

  • Availability during UK/CET hours, with occasional US PST overlap
