Job Opportunity: CNC Lathe Operator

Adecco Italia S.p.A., Seriate branch, is seeking a structured metalworking company candidate for the following role:

Position: CNC Lathe Operator

Main Responsibilities:

1. Perform machining on CNC lathes according to design specifications;
2. Set up machinery in line with the type of operation and change tools;
3. Read and interpret mechanical technical drawings;
4. Conduct quality control of finished products using specific measuring instruments;
5. Archive and update programming files;
6. Complete technical documentation;
7. Perform small routine maintenance on machine tools.

Requirements:

• Technical diploma, preferably as a mechanical or mechatronic technician;
• Operational knowledge of CNC machine tools, preferably CNC lathes;
• Ability to read mechanical drawings;
• Knowledge of CNC programming software and languages;
• Good manual skills, precision, and operational autonomy.
