Job Description

We are seeking a talented professional to lead our audio production team and manage the creation of engaging shows. Responsibilities include:

1. Leading and supporting a team of producers and audio leads to produce high-quality shows that maximize listener retention across all stages.
2. Analyzing show performance and conducting root cause analysis for any drops in listenership.
3. Managing the production schedule for new shows, including overseeing recording sessions and coordinating sound engineers and post-production.
4. Leading all aspects of audio production: scheduling, recording, editing, mixing, and publishing episodes.
5. Collaborating with content and creation teams to plan resources according to the content pipeline.
6. Contributing innovative ideas related to sound design, production processes, and final outputs.
7. Providing ongoing feedback to help host talent reach their full potential.
8. Working with Category and Program Managers to manage P&L, talent, and talent representation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in TV, content, audio production, or programming.
• Fluent in Italian (native) and English.
• Background in audio work is a plus.
• Passionate about audio production with innovative ideas for creating successful shows.
• Strategic thinker with creative flair and project management skills.
• High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience interacting with talent and their representatives.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and comfortably with diverse backgrounds.

Location: Anywhere in Italy (Remote)
